AT HOME ON VACATION

As the name Gassenschlager suggests, you can see part of the Riedgasse from the cozy balcony of this apartment. The area around Riedgasse used to be called simply Höttinger Ried and you have probably already noticed that the beautiful location also influenced the name of our house.

We can also convert the cozy double box-spring bed in the Gassenschlager into two single beds for you on request. There is a comfortable mattress hidden under the sofa in the living room, so it can be used as a second double bed if you book for 4.

YOUR OWN WALLS, FOR TWO OR EVEN FOUR!

You only have to climb one step to get to the Zwerggartl, as it is located on the first floor of the Riedz. This beautiful apartment also has a sun terrace with a cozy lounge where you can put your feet up.

We can also convert the comfortable double box-spring bed into two single beds for you on request. There is a comfortable mattress hidden under the sofa in the living room, so it can be used as a second double bed if you book for 4.

MORE SPACE TO FEEL GOOD

The Ausgugg is located on the 1st floor of the Riedz and offers a beautiful view of the greenery towards the Nordkette. With its 56m², it is quite a bit larger than the Zwerggartl and the Ausgugg, more space to stretch out! The balcony has enough space to relax on balmy summer evenings after an eventful day.

PLENTY OF SPACE WITH GOOD VIEWS

If you like to live in a bright and spacious space, the best place to stay is the spacious retreat. This apartment has - believe it or not - 2 balconies with wonderful views.  One facing north towards the garden and Nordkette mountain range, the other facing south towards the neighborhood.

A spacious eat-in kitchen and two bedrooms await you here. The cozy double box-spring bed can be converted into two single beds on request. There is a comfortable mattress hidden in the sofa, which can be used as a double bed if you book for 6.

This spacious 80m² apartment lets your six-person family or you and 5 friends sprawl out. From here you have stunning views over the mountains.

The Farbtopf apartment is motley and offers space for up to 6 people. The solid wood furniture was spiced up in vintage style by Tanacuna and decorates the whole apartment. Here you can cook a hearty dinner, chill in the living room and drink a glass of wine on the balcony. A large bedroom with a double bed and two single sofa beds and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed are ideal for some cosy trips to dreamland.

LONG TERM STAY – BECOME A TEMPORARY TYROLEAN

A cozy apartment awaits you – consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom – with a huge sun terrace (26 m²). The apartment is quiet and very centrally located and equipped with everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The size is ideal for two, but there is also room for up to 4 people.

There are also two underground parking spaces, but only for cars up to a height of 1.50 m. A parking space can be rented for EUR 110 per month.

A minimum stay of 4 weeks applies.

The flat is ideally located in the pretty St. Nikolaus on the left bank of the Inn river, directly opposite Innsbruck’s old town. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the city centre.

Small, practical, to the point – here, a hook for your coat and a bed to switch off are all you really need. The terrace adds fresh air and a quiet spot outside for that final layer of relaxation.

“Kojen” are the small, snug sleeping berths on a ship – and this Koje follows the same idea: compact, cosy and made for retreat.

Indoors instead of outdoors, thick walls, plenty of peace and quiet – a place for people who feel the need to retreat. Across the Kabine we have four of these “caves”, each between 21.8 and 23.5 square metres, all individual, all genuinely beautiful and all completely new.

This particular “cave” is special: it is fully accessible and therefore ideal for guests with limited mobility. A private, ground‑level terrace makes it even more perfect.

Arrive, drop your bag, switch on your home‑for‑a‑while – a good quarter doesn’t need much more than that. This one also works for three or four, with a pull‑out sofa and a separate kitchen.

More corners, more rooms, more you – the Bau is for everyone who really wants to make themselves at home. It’s a space for the whole family and up to six people, fully accessible, with a beautiful kitchen and plenty of style.

High on cuddle factor, low on drama – the Nest is the place for late sleepers and early relaxers. A little space miracle with a big kitchen, two separate nests (bedrooms) and a balcony to fall in love with. Psst: There are only two of them in the Kabine – so better be quick.
